Germany: WW2 FIFTY REICHMARK CONVERSION NOTE FOR JEWISH PROPERTY. 'Konversionkasse fur deutsche Auslandsschulden'. 1934 dated note in UNC. Does have approx. 14 small pin prick size holes scattered across the note, some of which are noticeable with the naked eye. Large banknote printed in green, red and brown ink. These notes were introduced as part of the NSDAP government's plant to confiscate the property and finances of the Jews living in Germany. These notes were supposed to be redeemable for the currency of the country that they had been forced to immigrate to. Most of the time the notes were found to be worthless once the immigrants had tried to exchange them in their country of forced exile. An interesting item from history. Grade II-
