Frank Stamps: 1882-1903 collection of all diff departments etc inc diff dies, colours, envelope/card/wrapper etc. Noted Commr of Railways & Roads rated rare in Karman & Postmaster General with full strong offset on reverse of envelope. Another 1892 uprated 2½d sent to USA (very scarce), Minister of Health & Minister of Railways frank postcards used after Federation with 1d stamp over franks as no longer valid for postage. Few flts as expected, mostly VFU, many superb. Appear all diff. Considerably undervalued compared to other fields. (42) |
