Piedmont (Sub-alpine) Republic: AN 10 (1801) Liberty Head 20 Francs 'ITALIE DELIVREE A MORENCO' with apostrophe before A & no dot (which is rarer than the apostrophe after A). This coin commemorates Napoleon's victory in the Battle of Marengo. Interestingly this is the world's first gold coin in decimal currency system. 6.47g. Fr-1172, KM-C5.
