Baden-Powell', with stamp duty 'Bechuanaland Protectorate / One Penny' embossed stamp. (Printed with the "blueprint" process, and the detailed design shows the Union Jack flying above the howitzer named 'Wolf', with Baden-Powell standing beside, along with armed men & a woman). Graded PMG 40 NET 'Extremely Fine', with light staining & excellent restoration along central fold. P-S655b cat US$1750 for VF or US$5400 for UNC. Very attractive note of great historical interest.
