Cooney, Sydney, D D with name. Has RAA titles & previous rank for Lieutenant no longer present. GC. 2nd has Staybrite QC RAA buttons to front & Staybrite KC buttons to rear, rank holes to epaulettes, stitched closed. Considerable wear & small faults.
