Mostly F-VF M, 3d flts, top 2 in excellent condition. SG ex 1-15 cat £1482++ as normals. Ex Belgium PO archive collection of UPU distribution 'specimens'. Extremely rare set showing the distribution of m/s DLR specimen opts as UPU specimens which means they would merit SG listing. Certificate can be obtained on request. (9) (P)
