Accompanied by a PMG's Department notice stating 'Following explosion in aircraft carrying mail to Israel security aspects of acceptance of air mail to that country are being strengthened?'. Rare piece of anti-terrorism mail. 3 diff - serviced at Fawkner, Monee Ponds & Brunswick East with the rare to very rare oval 'Postmaster' cachets.
