1942 Zoological 6d dull brown Kookaburra CofA wmk, perf 15x14, top marginal blk of 16 with major variety 'top hat' (sheet D R3/3). ACSL notes this variety occurred for a short period in 1950 & was due to some foreign matter adhering to the electro. VF MUH/MLH, the variety is MUH, 3 stamps not close to variety, light rev tone spots. SG 189a cat £2000+. ACSC 203Co cat $2500+ plus other stamps.
