Superb fresh, stamp area MUH, ungummed margin also MUH, size 116x178mm. SG 408-12(MS), Mi 340-44 Ministerblock mentioned in footnote but unpriced. Major rarity with only 50 printed & as these were given to non-philatelic dignitaries so only a fraction have survived, with less than 10 recorded.
