3233 Click for more photos | 1960 'POSTAL CHARGES 6d. IXIXIXIXIX' on 7½d blue with POSTAGE blocked out, error opt DOUBLE, both equally strong & partly overlapping. Superb fresh MUH, with pristine never hinged original gum. SG D1a cat £3500+ & much undercatalogued. Only 3 sheets of 36 printed, of which on 2 sheets opts were well separated and were all CTO at Goroka, while the 3rd sheet had opt partly overlapping of which most were postally used & lost, and only several mint examples have ever been recorded. Extremely rare genuine MUH as only several exist as such (beware of forgeries often sold as genuine!). 1973 BPA photo-cert, while new AIEP certificate can be obtained on request.
