1981 Tasmanian Tiger 24c 1st printing, error missing dark green grass on top stamp of lower marginal vertical strip of 5, near totally missing on stamp below, & gradually appearing more until bottom stamp is normal. VF fresh MUH. SG 788(var), ACSC 902(var) unlisted as only discovered in 2004. Only 1 sheet known with missing green on part of sheet. (P)

1920 Allied Administration use of PPC (some flts, card shows birthplace of the philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer 1788-1860, & sender mentions him in message) franked GB KGV 1d red tied by British 'Field Post Office H2 8 SP 20' cds, to UK with 'Army Post Office S40 10 SP 20' cds. Very rare use from British officer in Danzig. (P)
