1915 Gallipoli - Lone Pine descendant pine cones. WWI Veteran Owen Jones Davies planted seeds from Gallipoli's Lone Pine site in 1920 & 1921. The original trees were located at the entrance to Hyde Park, Sydney. These 11 pine cones were collected by the vendor many years ago (but he cannot remember when) before the trees were removed.
