Photographs: Army, 10 WWI postcard photos of groups inc a very nice card of a Sergeant & Officer posed behind 4 Vickers machine guns, taken just after the Battle of the Somme, with name & address in Talana NSW. Others are band photos & parades, wounded men etc. Wounded postcard has bottom corner missing. Also a nice photo of 'Bob' KIA Passchendaele 12/10/1917 in AIF uniform, postcard size. Plus 2 others, 1 is Bandsman & 1 an AIF recruit. Last a group shot of Australian Officer 200x140mm taken between wars & a later reprint. (16) |
