Yugoslavia. Officer's dagger, pre 1945, in need of restoration. All parts (except for the screw) seem to be present. The pommel is detached but does not want to screw into the handle (mating thread). Blade is etched but has corrosion/scratches to the plated finish. The plated scabbard has some shallow dings & scratches. The grip is a black celluloid/plastic type material w/o any wire embellishments (if it ever had any?). Overall GC. |
