c1890s rare NSW Naval Brigade Officer's frock coat to a Lieutenant (Reserve). Fine Melton quality wool Officer's frock coat for everyday wear. Complete with all NSW Naval Brigade buttons (18 large gilt buttons). There is no label or name in the coat but we believe it is likely related to lot 953118. Being roughly the same size. Very clean, no mothing or damage. Minor fraying to rank from use. A very desirable & rare Service uniform for everyday use. Possibly belonged to Lt Jackson (see lot 20784 Auction 393, same vendor). |
