Imperial Bavaria ca 1910-14 Dunkelblau, lightweight Waffenrock of a Leutnant of Kgl Bayer I Feldartillerie - Regt Prinz - Regent Luitpold (Munich) attached to 1st Bavarian Army Corps. Dark blue polished cotton with black silk standing collar & 'Swedish' cuffs all piped in red. Red piped front & rear skirt openings. All buttons in plain, bright gilt tombak. Silver braid with light blue chevron fleck shoulder boards on red backing, each bearing a gilt crown over cypher comprising entwined, reversed 'L''s surmounted by 'P.R'. VGC. Scarce. |
