PAICE, ASC', George Robert Paice, born Warring, London, enl 3rd Hussars 6/9/1898 as Trumpeter. Service in India (no medal entitlements), 1898-1901 South Africa from Dec 1901 until being invalided & discharged med unfit 5/9/1902. With copies of service documents inc medal rolls confirming clasps - no trace of his 1914-18 M.I.C. or papers. Together with a ribbon bar with all 5 awards. Toning, stains & wear to ribbons, swing mounted on original ribbons as worn, gVF. Scarce dual war MSM group. |
