1995 Military airmail cover from Major McConaghy, a member of the small Australian contingent to UNAMIR II, which provided medical support & humanitarian relief during Rwandan Civil War, to his wife in Australia, bearing the rare provisional label 'Postage Paid Australia AFPO 4 Rwanda', denominated '45c' by hand, tied by 'AUST FPO17 AP 95 4' cds, plus 'UNAMIR II ASC' gorilla cachet in red on reverse. Accompanied by detailed account of Australian involvement. Few exist.
