Each unit of 3 or 2 with heading 'POSTAL NOTES OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA DESIGNED BY GWENDOLINE TODD' (who was daughter of Charles Todd - PMG). aUNC/UNC with only light horiz folds at base of upper notes.
