Baden-Powell', with stamp duty 'Bechuanaland Protectorate / One Penny' embossed stamp. (Printed with the 'blueprint' process, and the detailed design shows the Union Jack flying above the howitzer named 'Wolf', with Baden-Powell standing beside, along with armed men & a woman). Graded PMG '50 NET About Uncirculated', with excellent restoration along central fold, large even margins & sharp corners. P-S655b cat US$1750 for VF or US$5400 for UNC.
