Authorized by acting President Schalk Burger, with dies made by PJ Kloppers, struck at Pilgrim's Rest using equipment from a mining engineering/maintenance workshop (thus its 'Veld' or 'Field' Pond nickname). Fr 4. KM 11. Graded NGC 'AU details, removed from jewellery", which has resulted in surfaces that are a bit bright but still with full details. Quite sharply struck for issue.
