The 'PROOF PULLS' of the BNG, NG, Norfolk Is, New Hebrides, NSW etc of h/s found by the 'Pixies' (Pacific Islands Study Circle), pasted to Correspondence School Merit Certificate, W Finigan Headmaster (prominent early C20th NSW philatelist). The fake postal cancels were subsequently thrown into Sydney harbour. Plus copy of article. Rare reference material ex Ray Kelly collection.
