1902-04 Completed Design 20/- dull green wmk crown NSW, perf 11. Superb U with part 'GPO Parcel Branch Sydney / Jan 1905' violet oval pmk from proper postal usage, perfect perfs & nice colour. SG D44 cat £2500+++ for CTO plus premium for postally used so est £5000 (as ACSC values such as over double), Scott J22 cat US$2750+++, ACSC D45 cat $7500.
