1969 World's First Heart Transplant 2½c plum & rose-red, UR cnr marginal vert pr, upper stamp plumb colour OMITTED from upper 40% of the stamp, so totally missing the 'RSA 2½c' country & denomination. Stamps VF MUH with never hinged original gum. SACC 285a/285 listed but unpriced. SG 280/280(var). Extremely rare as only 1 pane with 5 errors recorded.
