The rarity of wmk error on $2 high value has to be much greater as no bulk quantites of $2 stamps would exist unlike low values. & also a $2 stamp is something previous collectors would have checked for wmk to sort the 1912 from the 1921 issue, so any other surviving examples of such a major wmk error would have been spotted).
